CloudBolt invests in our partnerships with our customers. One way is by assigning a designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to each customer. Your CSM will:
- Be your advocate within CloudBolt
- Thoroughly understand your current implementation, short-term, and long-term goals
- Collaborate with you to define a Success Plan, including your objectives and mutually-agreed upon path to achieving those objectives
- Focus on providing you value
- Capture information on requested features
- Serve as an escalation point
Your CSM will also establish a regular cadence to continually ensure you are optimally using what you’ve purchased.
