CloudBolt invests in our partnerships with our customers. One way is by assigning a designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to each customer. Your CSM will:  

  • Be your advocate within CloudBolt​  
  • Thoroughly understand your current implementation, short-term, and long-term goals ​  
  • Collaborate with you to define a Success Plan, including your objectives and mutually-agreed upon path to achieving those objectives 
  • Focus on providing you value​  
  • Capture information on requested features​ 
  • Serve as an escalation point  

Your CSM will also establish a regular cadence to continually ensure you are optimally using what you’ve purchased.
