CloudBolt Training Offerings

Enterprises want to train their hybrid cloud administrators to make them the subject matter experts and independent. CloudBolt offers two options for training for your cloud administrators:

CloudBolt Essentials: This is a two to three business day introductory course to provide CloudBolt administrators the basic skills to configure, manage, and provision IT infrastructure resources.

CloudBolt Boot Camp: This intensive training course takes four to five business days and helps administrators understand how to deploy CloudBolt in their environments. It also covers more advanced topics such as blueprint design, service catalog deployment, third party integrations, and provides an overview of Python/Django framework.

Technical Account Manager

A Technical Account Manager will be a dedicated technical resource for your account. This goal-oriented expert will develop a deep understanding of your operating environment and the business practices you follow. They are armed with industry best practices, technical know-how of the CloudBolt platform, and leverage available resources as required to deliver more value. Additionally, they will monitor the support request flow and aggregate common requests for issue resolution, for example, product training, enhancement requests, etc.
