Alex Thomson is Chief Executive Officer of CloudBolt Software, where he leads the company’s mission to help enterprises and service providers govern, automate and optimize their cloud and AI infrastructure environments using CloudBolt’s platform.

Before CloudBolt, Alex was Chief Operating Officer at PlexTrac, leading the company through its acquisition by Brinqa. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales at Quantum Metric, helping scale the business to $100M+ ARR, and before that Vice President of Sales at N2WS, an AWS backup and disaster recovery leader. Over the past 15 years, Alex has scaled businesses across the monitoring, cybersecurity, infrastructure and analytics markets, with a focus on turning strong technology into durable, efficient growth for customers, partners and investors.

Yasmin Rajabi is the Chief Operating Officer at CloudBolt Software, bringing extensive experience in product leadership, engineering, and business operations. Prior to joining CloudBolt, she served as Chief Operating Officer at StormForge, Senior Director of Product at Puppet, and Engineering Manager at Staples. Throughout her career, Yasmin has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex business challenges, including guiding organizations through financial instability, launching new products, and positioning companies for recovery and long-term growth. She is a graduate of Babson College.

Patty Tantow is the Chief Marketing Officer at CloudBolt Software, bringing more than 20 years of experience building, positioning, and scaling enterprise technology companies, with a focus on cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and AI. She has a proven track record of driving go-to-market transformation, accelerating revenue growth, and building high-performing marketing organizations. Throughout her career, she has contributed to the success of multiple technology companies, including Qualys, Splunk, Expanse, Instaclustr, and PlexTrac, through significant growth milestones, acquisitions, and IPOs.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Ottawa University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder through the CFA Institute.

ShawnPetty is CloudBolt’s Chief Customer Officer, helping customers get real, measurable value from their hybrid cloud investments. A member of the Executive Committee, he leads Delivery, Support, Education, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success, and serves as the company’s Federal Leader for public sector customers and partners. With more than 30 years in IT and cloud, Shawn has been both the executive setting direction and the contributor doing the work. Today he’s especially energized by how AI-driven operations help enterprises accelerate business outcomes.

Shawn’s leadership style was forged in the U.S. Navy. He is a committed servant leader who believes wins belong to the team, and setbacks belong to the leader. He is a trusted mentor to emerging customer success and technical professionals. Based in the Washington, DC area, Shawn spends his downtime on his motorcycle, at live shows, or playing guitar.

Sandra Burns is Chief Financial Officer of CloudBolt Software. She leads the company’s finance, HR, and legal functions. She partners closely with the CEO and Board on ARR governance, forecasting, and strategic planning, and she has led the financial integration of two acquisitions. Sandra brings more than 20 years of finance leadership across SaaS, payments, and global consumer products companies. Before CloudBolt, she was Head of Finance at CloudCheckr, where she helped guide the company through its acquisition by NetApp. Her earlier experience spans FP&A, internal audit, and compliance leadership at both public Fortune 500 companies and private companies. Sandra holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
