Chief Revenue Officer
Nick Mansour joined CloudBolt as Chief Revenue Officer in July 2020. With over 20 years of experience in senior software executive roles Nick has worked at large enterprise, early stage and high growth companies. Nick will be responsible for everything customer facing within the company. He has vast knowledge and leadership experience in global markets, overseeing business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, distribution, and channel strategy. He has developed global strategies that has helped companies earn significant market share through net new customer acquisition.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve was named CloudBolt's Chief Financial Officer in 2018. He has a proven industry track record, bringing over 20 years of experience in positioning technology companies for strategic growth and enterprise value creation. Over his career, Steve held key leadership roles including CFO at Force 3, VP Finance and Controller at Metastorm and Sequoia Software, and provided operational insight and critical thinking through periods of rapid growth and scale from startup through IPO to strategic exit.
Chief Technology Officer
Rick was named CloudBolt's Chief Product Officer in 2019. He joined CloudBolt in 2013 and before being named Chief Product Officer was CloudBolt's VP of Solutions Architecture. Rick has more than two decades of experience in technology and engineering positions, including at Millennial Media, U.S. Naval Research Lab, Gold Lasso and Opsware (acquired by HP) among others.
Grant Ho joined CloudBolt as Chief Marketing Officer in April 2019. In this role, he leads the company’s marketing strategy and execution to drive CloudBolt’s category leadership in the cloud management platform market. This includes corporate communications and brand, demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, and channel marketing.
Specializing in cloud computing and B2B technologies, Grant brings over 15 years of experience championing market adoption for high-growth software companies. Most recently, Grant served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing at NetBrain Technologies, the leader in network automation solutions, where he helped to double company revenue within two years. Previously, he held senior marketing roles at NantHealth, CareCloud, and GE Healthcare and began his career as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman advising clients on growth strategy in the wireless and open source software spaces. Grant graduated with his S.B., M.Eng, and MBA degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Chief Strategy Officer
Dave Wasserman served as CEO for SovLabs since 2018, after incubating and spinning-out the start-up from Sovereign Systems, where he was a co-founder and Managing Partner. Following the acquisition of SovLabs, Dave joins the executive team as Chief Strategy Officer. Dave’s focus is on organic and inorganic growth of CloudBolt through innovative solutioning, strategic partnerships, and customer outcomes.
As an entrepreneur Dave has realized two successful exits while compiling a number of industry awards and recognition including; VMware Americas & Global Cloud Management and Automation Partner of the Year, VMware Global Technical Innovation Partner of the Year, EMC North American Services Partner of the Year, #288 Inc. 500, 7X Inc. 500/5000, AJC Best Companies to Work For, Technology Association of Georgia – Most Innovative Companies, CRN Technical Elite, CRN Solution Provider 500, CRN Tripe Crown, VMware Partner Advisory Council Member, EMC Partner Advisory Board Member.
Tripp is CloudBolt's VP of Engineering and his based in our Portland office. Tripp has 20 years experience on the web and has been leading engineering teams for over half of that time. He's worked for numerous start-ups, as well as Cisco, Comcast, and Cvent. He loves scaling start-ups -- even at the larger companies, he was leading small, innovative business units.
Originally from Virginia, Tripp has lived in Portland for the last six years, after spending time in both LA and the Bay Area. He enjoys terrible movies, swimming, comic books, and spending time with his daughter.
Maya Enright joined CloudBolt as Vice President of Human Resources in December 2018. In this role, she leads the company’s talent strategy and execution. This includes human capital management, resource strategy and planning, talent acquisition and development, total rewards strategy, and employee engagement.
Specializing in high growth global companies, Maya brings over 20 years of experience. Her career highlights include senior roles at VT Group, SunEdison, TerraForm, Silver Ridge Power (formerly AES Solar), Securrency and SOS International. Her passion is in creating ‘best place to work’ and high-performing cultures by strategically aligning and developing talent, business objectives and human resources processes. Maya holds an MBA degree at American University and a BA in Classical Piano Performance. She is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University and certified SPHR, GPHR and PMP.
Sr. Vice President, Global Channels & Alliances
Larry Kraft joined CloudBolt Software in June 2020 as SVP, Global Channels and Alliances. He brings nearly 25 years of business building experience in highly competitive, technology firm environments and has led the global partnering efforts for companies such as Sterling Commerce, Quest Software, SecureAuth and Stealthbits. His career in IT has spanned across Cloud Computing, Identity and Access Management; ERP/CRM; Data Security/Protection/Backup; Systems Management and Virtualization businesses.
During his career, Larry has been recognized multiple times by CRN as an industry leading ‘Channel Chief’ and has proven success building and executing go-to-market partner strategies with the full spectrum of partner types, including: technology partners, global system integrators, value-added resellers and distributors, and delivery/implementation-focused partners. Larry graduated with honors with a double major from the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business and has been a guest speaker at the College.
Office of the
David Coulter serves as one of our Chief Technology Officers within our office of the CTO. Joining CloudBolt through the SovLabs acquisition, David focuses on product integration and leads the OneFuse product line. Previously, David helped to found SovLabs, an innovator of codeless integration technologies for hybrid cloud and the market leading integration solution for VMware’s vRealize Automation, where as CTO he established and led the technical teams and SovLabs product.
David brings over 20 years of technology experience and leadership in customer, partner and software vendor roles across systems architecture, operations, software development and product management, focusing on fortune 500 enterprise and service provider customers. David holds numerous industry certifications including VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX #72) and speaks at automation-focused events, including VMUG and VMworld.
Russell McGuire is the VP of Worldwide Sales at CloudBolt Software and is responsible for running the organization’s global field sales, inside sales, business development, and channel sales teams. Russell is a proven sales leader with over 17 years of experience running global sales organizations. Previously, he held sales leadership roles at Reliant Energy, Idera Software, Cisco, and most recently at BeyondTrust, where he was VP of Global Sales Optimization and Strategy.

During her time with Thycotic Software, Kaitlin built and oversaw the customer success department that oversaw 10,000 clients, ensuring they were not only happy with the product but also using it to its fullest. Now at CloudBolt, she brings the same skills to retain and grow the client base strategically and effectively.

Bernard is co-founder of CloudBolt Software. Bernard has 20 years of experience in enterprise software leadership, including roles in engineering and product management, solutions architecture, and technical sales at leading technology companies. As a recognized technology leader in data center automation, DevOps, and software development, Sanders has developed a reputation for building powerful, flexible software solutions that don’t compromise usability or simplicity.
Bernard started his career in NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and also worked at Loudcloud, Opsware, and HP. Within these organizations he has been one of the top solution architects, sought out by customers for his ability to make IT organizations successful with server automation products.
